I have no compaints about this becoming a vegan (no) fish series!! It's endearing and creative as heck - and appetizing, to boot.

Fish - the last frontier for vegans.

I had tested a similar recipe (from Instagram as well) for the tuna spread, however this one raises the bar with the crispy rice and the avocado.

Straight to my pipeline of recipes to try!

This sounds interesting - I've not come across this technique with chickpeas before - I'll have to give it a go (and I'm writing about vegan mayo this week anyway)...
