Thank you for the information you continue to share and for the newsletter recommendations so we can learn, know and do better. Thank you also for the tasty recipe. I will give it a try 😄.
It's funny to consider that tofu is iconic and known by non-veg foodies as The One Boring Food vegetarians and vegans eat. And recipes like this one prove them wrong.
I love how versatile tofu can be, and I recently decided not to buy (great) chicken substitutes to prefer simple, basic firm tofu. I'm found of marinade, and your recipe is a must-try. Another one. Again :-)
As kids, we heard our parents (or whoever was taking care of us) complaining. They were adults, having adult-grade problems. Then we grew up and became adults, too. We discovered a broken system - a system which has been broken for long enough for many not to question, unfortunately. How did we arrive to this situation? Like it's happening now: the system continues to break, bits by bits, and only few courageous people (like you, Arielle) are protesting. Media cover the event, the protests, then move on. Until next part falls off of the system.
Our chance nowadays is that with the Internet, one can share thoughts and positions with their audience, and broaden the awareness of the public. I'm usually not confident in a brighter future. And there's shine lightning when I read such posts. Continue, Arielle!
Very well said, and I'm so flattered by your comments! Thank you! It's up to us to do our little part in exposing systems that don't favour the public.

Sometimes tofu done right is such a classic, as much as I love all the plant-based meat out there! It's anything but boring!
